Boehringer Ingelheim Front of House Project
After carrying out a full renovation of their building with CBS, Boehringer Ingelheim wanted to transform their front of house reception and WC’s to ensure it is in keeping with the rest of the building. As they welcome a lot of visitors, it was key to provide a space that represented their business values and created a modern and professional first impression.
Working with the existing flooring, we added bespoke lighting and used their strong corporate blue to create a dramatic and eye catching feature around the reception desk. The timber elements soften the corporate scheme to create a warm and welcoming space.
The existing curves were highlighted with the use of timber slats and ceiling details which help to draw staff and visitors from reception in to the main office area. New speed stiles were also installed to increase the capacity of people movement.
We deliberately created a warm non corporate aesthetic in the WC’s, taking inspiration from hospitality interiors. Glazed porcelain tiles and dark muted paints create an intimate feel. We created an element of luxury with Corian wash troughs and innovative Dyson wall taps.
