We designed a training academy for their young sales recruits, based around the requirements of the training team but with an aesthetic targeted at the millennial generation.
We understood that facing an 8 week training programme could be daunting prospect, so we designed their space to provide not just an
excellent training facility, but somewhere they could relax and feel at home in for the duration of the course.
The whole area was created without any real enclosed spaces, but in zones where the teams could break away but still feel part of the academy
